Luther Dell Employment
Luther Dell Bible Camp is a unique ministry setting. The dynamics of the site combined with the character of the program create an intentional environment for pursuing God’s heart. Each member of the staff from program support to the kitchen, from counselors to maintenance are all an integral part of the program that reaches campers with the love of Jesus. The view of the Luther Dell team is that from out of the overflow of our hearts and minds we are able to connect with and minister to our campers. Knowing this, we look for individuals to join our team that are willing to dedicate a summer to pressing into the mystery, love and power of God. We believe in a work/lifestyle of prayer that brings transforming revelation and joy to our lives… and in turn to the lives of those around us. Together we spend the summer calling on God to establish His Kingdom and His influence in our lives and the lives of the campers at Luther Dell.
In short, we are looking for Jesus-chasers with willing hearts – to ask for and allow the transforming, resurrecting Love-of-Jesus to fall on us and the campers in new and powerful ways.
