Wilderness Canoe Base strives to provide opportunities for all people to share in the life-changing experiences that the wilderness can offer. We continue to provide urban youth with a chance to get away and discover their own potential as well as provide for them a place where they can feel God's presence. We know that time for solitude and silence is often neglected in most people's everyday life. Because of this, we offer a home for people to return to, where they can come to be refreshed and renewed.
To continue to offer opportunities for all people, including those who lack the financial means, we rely on the support of people who believe in our mission. People who believe that a trip to Wilderness Canoe Base will make a difference in the life of youth who are given the opportunity.
